How did I find the platform, actually someone whom I recommended an App to earn from, found one tested it over some months then gave it to me to try, and I am now working alongside my existing role as a Virtual assistant, helping to enroll newbies and also team build and marketing?

What is the role?
What are the job and duties, firstly you work for yourself so imagine a business in a box, within a business? You are simply doing 20 x tasks a day. From these 20 tasks, you earn a commission % dependent on what level you are within the app.
Each level of membership attracts a different level of commission %, so once confident to recharge your $500 temporary fund is retracted, you are able to now make it yourself and with the team's help and guidance.
Next part: You will be enrolling new members, and new recruits to your team, Every time they click your Exclusive invite friends link given to you on sign up and registration, (See Video instructions). Once they have taken the funding, they will be rewarded with $6.00 euros, once they did their first tasks.
You as Team leader, receive a reward for every new team member registered, see the video and the app, for the levels, it starts at $5 for each new member, but the next level is $10 per new member, and so forth so as you get up the scale you earn more when someone finds your link, you send your link or promote your link in many ways.
You will see in the video and app and in the groups the mention of 16%, 8%, and 4% commissions, this is Tier marketing so depends on whom joins who builds a team.
You are team leader, then you got your direct push members, they are level 1, then when they join people, they become your level 2, and they join from the 2nd level anyone, they become level 3. so you earn a % each day from the company for managing and looking after your team
There is also, an investment section, which you can use to increase % over some days, simply use the balance or recharge the choice is yours.
You will connect your bank Iban number and you can choose to be paid by Bank direct or Crypto exchange first time it's up to you.
I am personally used to apps, and Crypto simply opted for Crypto payment to exchange then to the bank.
How much can you withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal is $5 euros, with no maximum and no limit anytime day or night.
Recommendations:

2. Watch the videos and know the system
3. Ask as many questions until you are confident you know the system

People buy off people. so whilst I love the digital world, and apps, people still love talking to people.
Remind yourself you are not selling anything, you are simply doing tasks, promoting your link, and joining people in your spare time.
Tasks take less than 15 minutes, networking can be done in your spare time, at the local shop or bar, or online or locally there is no limit.
